Key Responsibilities
- Devise and own the Shopper Marketing Strategy for in-store and online, ensuring that all Shopper activation is aligned with the overall business plan and the marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee the development of our in-store and online activations with key star accounts in close collaboration with the deals and category teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans within retail environments.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional internal teams to co-create and execute annual joint marketing plans which align with both company and retailer objectives.
Experience Required
- Shopper marketing experience within UK major multiples and track record of executing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
- Experience in building and executing an omni-channel Shopper Marketing strategy
- Experience of managing a small team + working as an inspirational leader
- Great influencing, negotiation and communication skills
