Customer Service Administrator - Permanent Role

The Recruitment Co are looking to recruit an experienced customer service administrator to join our client in Northwich Cheshire.

As a customer service administrator you will ensure customers and suppliers receive the highest level of service and experience.

Our client is a leading business based in Northwich, you will be joining a vibrant team to support the customer service operation.

Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £26,000 - 29,000 DOE
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Generous training budget

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday

8.30am until 5pm

1 Hour lunch break

The Role:

  • Responding to customer queries by email and telephone
  • Contacting suppliers for prices / availability
  • Liaising with Freight Forwarders
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Ensuring company compliance is maintained
  • Maintain spreadsheets / databases.

Experience / Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and desire to help others
  • Good analytic skills and logical working style
  • Strong administration background
  • Strong organisational skills

Interviews for this role are to begin at the end of June, with a view to start in July.
