JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant

COMPANY: Architects Practice

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm or 9am - 5.30pm (early finish on Fridays!)

START: August

SALARY: £28,000-£33,000

LOCATION: Romsey

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a super vibrant team, in a non hierarchical, friendly and supportive office. Working in a small admin team supporting 4 directors with everything from diary and email management, to document formatting and event planning.

  • Efficiently managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Audio typing and document formatting to ensure all correspondence and reports are error-free and professionally presented.
  • Conducting thorough proofreading to maintain the highest standard of accuracy in all written materials.
  • Balancing multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership team.
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Is this you?

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar position
  • Experience in audio typing an advantage but not essential
  • Managing company Directors' diaries while being mindful of external meetings, travel times and venue arrangements.
  • Assisting Directors by arranging meetings, preparing/ co-ordinating information to take to meetings, ensuring project files are up to date for meeting.
  • Knowledge of legal documents e.g. Letters of Reliance, Collateral Warranties and client contracts desirable but not essential - Full training will be provided.
