Administrator Insurance

A fantastic, prestigious, insurance company, is looking for a professional administrator to join their London head office, to support a team of Production Underwriters.

The roles requires someone with previous administrative experience, working in a corporate setting.

Location - City of London - hybrid working available.

Hours 9.00 - 5.00

Key responsibilities

  • Creating property insurance policy contracts and billing documents
  • Validating and reconciling client information necessary to prepare new accounts, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Drafting policy terms and conditions
  • Processing financial and corporate information
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients and brokers in coordination with Production Underwriters and other team members
  • With support, drafting and issuing new, renewal, and endorsement policy documents in accordance with Production Underwriter quotes
  • Populating the appropriate billing system through the creation and issuance of accurate invoices and/or providing billing instructions to worldwide issuing offices.

Skills/experience

  • Strong administration background ideally in an insurance environment.
  • Proven mathematical aptitude, analytical skills and proficient computer skills, including MS Office products (Word, Excel).
