FJA are supporting an established Company based in the Heywood area. Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor hours available: Monday - Friday - 8am till 4pm
Customer Service Advisor responsibilities: Processing customer quotes and orders
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Liaise with internal departments regarding stock availability
- Manage and resolve queries and issues
- Assist with any general Customer Service duties as required
- Handling webchat enquiries
Customer Service Advisor requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Must possess a good work ethic
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
