We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems & Data Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our internal systems, analysing performance data, and supporting various departments in achieving their goals.

Role:

As a Systems & Data Administrator, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our internal systems, collaborating closely with your colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Your role will involve gathering and analysing data, generating reports, and implementing system enhancements to support our business objectives.

As the Systems Administrator, you will be expected to:

  • Manage user accounts on internal systems, including creation, amendment, and deletion of internal and external users, as well as supporting new client setups on the system and communicating updates to internal teams.
  • Investigate and resolve return/payment file issues, re-running files as necessary.
  • Build engagement reports for visits, letters, etc., and assist with completing Month End reporting for all clients
  • Deliver ad hoc and routine reports to clients and internal users on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Provide the Sales and Bid Writing team with client statistics required for meetings or tender deadlines.
  • Take part in meetings, and build relationships, with system providers and work closely with the Digital & Tech Team.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure they are maximising the use of their internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external system providers and work closely with the
  • Assist the Systems and Performance Manager with Digital & Tech-related queries as part of the wider system transformation project.

Requirements

To be successful as the Systems Administrator you will have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role and a keen interest in data reporting, as well as being proficient in advanced Excel.

You will need to have had experience of working with bespoke systems and pulling reports from such.

In addition to the above, as the Systems Administrator, you will:

  • Offer excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Be analytically focused, with a natural drive to identify solutions to problems.
  • Deliver fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal with the confidence to liaise with individuals at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to managing your workload, with the ability to follow processes and manage a varied, rapidly changing workload with strong attention to detail.
