Description

We operate with well-established brands in the consumer market, boasting strong customer loyalty and a leading position in the European market. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to significant projects within a successful and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development (NPD) Management:

  • Gather data for new product launches, including margin calculations, technical specifications, and volume assessments.
  • Raise and manage NPDs through the system, ensuring timely product launches.
  • Finalize artwork and technical specifications.
  • Oversee stock and packaging management, including monitoring new live dates and packaging run-outs.
  • Contribute to the creation of trade presentations for product innovations.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly NPD meetings with Head Office.

Product Quality Management:

  • Organize and lead monthly quality meetings.
  • Manage quarterly competitor testing and spot testing.
  • Handle non-conformity management and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage consumer complaints.

Current Product Portfolio Management & Competitor Monitoring:

  • Update and manage Brandbank.
  • Capture shopper marketing media activity.
  • Regularly monitor, record, and report on competitor activities, including online presence, new offers, and communications.
  • Complete quarterly competitor audits to gather information on the latest product innovations, ATL campaigns, and digital presence.
  • Maintain a competitor pricing tracker.
  • Support the sales team with product presentations.
  • Liaise with procurement and production to manage raw materials and product changes.

Profile

  • Experience in product management and marketing, ideally within the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
