A manufacturing business based in Northampton

Description

As HR Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Standalone role supporting a site of under 100 employees
  • Full end to end HR support
  • Initial focus on recruitment in the first instance to support business growth including transactional recruitment as well as identifying attraction strategies, liaising with agencies, upskilling managers etc
  • Partner with MD to identify and embed new People Strategy for the site
  • Work closely with HR colleagues across the wider global group to align people strategy
  • Focus on upskilling line managers from a people development perspective

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record at HR Manager or BP level
  • CIPD qualified
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with operating at operational and strategic levels
  • Can partner senior directors and advise and influence
  • Commutable to Corby 3-4 days per week
