Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Standalone role supporting a site of under 100 employees
- Full end to end HR support
- Initial focus on recruitment in the first instance to support business growth including transactional recruitment as well as identifying attraction strategies, liaising with agencies, upskilling managers etc
- Partner with MD to identify and embed new People Strategy for the site
- Work closely with HR colleagues across the wider global group to align people strategy
- Focus on upskilling line managers from a people development perspective
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record at HR Manager or BP level
- CIPD qualified
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with operating at operational and strategic levels
- Can partner senior directors and advise and influence
- Commutable to Corby 3-4 days per week
