Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Accounts Supervisor for a Freight Forwarder. The role will be overseeing a small busy Accounts department. The role is based in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Processing day-to-day transactions.
- Customer Accounts reconciliations.
- Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.
- Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.
- Supplier Accounts reconciliations.
- Process supplier payments and any refunds.
- VAT Returns
- Inputting company expenses
Accounting Supervisor Manager Skills required:-
- Supervision and team leadership skills
- Managing processes
- Attention to detail
- General math skills
- Accounting skills
- Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE.
- Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Data entry management
- Excellent communication skills
Working Hours are 9am-5:30pm
