About the Role

Base Location: Glasgow Eurocentral

Salary: £28,072 - £32,605 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time

The Accounts Payable Advisor will be responsible for the timely processing and payment of invoices and other AP payment requests, including but not limited to:

  • Invoice verification and validation (including exception handling).
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Query resolution.
  • Telephony support.
  • Payment processing.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Solid experience working within a complex and challenging Accounts Payable function.
  • An awareness of principles, practices, regulations and procedures relating to Accounts Payable and be able to contribute positively to the overall direction of the Accounts Payable function.
  • Experience of working within payments including experience of dealing with BACs, CHAPs, international payments and foreign currency transactions.
  • Proficient in all MS Office tools, particularly Excel and excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Finance IT and payment systems (Preferred Oracle experience).
