A boutique international consultancy is looking to hire an Operations and HR Manager to join the London Team. This role will be supporting the Head of Operations and HR with the day to day running of the London office, taking ownership of projects and with the HR function in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is an Operations and HR Manager role with lots of variety, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
- Being the POC for all contractors, suppliers, Landlord
- Coordinating the weekly forecast
- Managing internal communications
- Supporting the team with gaining their ISO9001 qualification
- Managing the onboarding of new starters and coordinating the off-boarding for any leavers
- Coordinating the annual appraisal process
- Managing the HR system – Bamboo HR
- Taking ownership of the recruitment – coordinating interviews, reaching out to potential fee earners to join the firm on LinkedIn
- Constantly looking at ways to improve processes and increase time-saving measures.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have at least three years' experience in a similar Operations and HR manager role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Operations and HR Manager
- Experience within an SME environment
- A positive, approachable personality who thrives in driving a positive work culture.
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
