In the role, you will undertake extended phase 1 habitat surveys, conduct phase 2 surveys for protected species, and produce high-quality ecological reports. You will manage and design ecological surveys and mitigation efforts, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and have the chance to mentor junior team members if desired as you develop within your skills.

The Role:
- Conduct and manage phase 1 and 2 habitat surveys and produce technical reports.
- Oversee projects and review ecological assessments.
- Build client relationships and mentor junior team members.
The Person:
- Degree in Ecology or related field
- Expertise in field surveys, protected species, and technical reports
- Preferred: Protected Species Licence, BREEAM, and Defra Biodiversity Metric experience.
