About the role:
I am currently working with a construction company that are currently turning over approximately 11 million with realistic growth predicted. They are a successful development company that specialises in Residential and commercial projects.
Currently the managing director is acting as the FD however he is looking to hire someone to allow him to get involved with other areas in the business. He is the founder and managing director.
Currently they outsource their bookkeeping and Payroll and have 25 to 30 people on the weekly payroll (subcontractors) and around another 30 on PAYE Monthly payroll.
Requirements:
- Construction background
- Experience of using Xero
- Previous experience of working in a QS or an Estimator capacity
Duties include:
- Financial reporting
- Cash flow
- Managing Subcontractor payments
- Budgeting
- Data Analysis on previous projects
- Working with accounts for end of year
