Human Resources Advisor
Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading healthcare organisation that requires an experienced Human Resources Advisor for a three month fixed term contract with potential extension. If you are an experienced HR professional seeking a new interim assignment, are ambitious, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team, then this organisation would like to hear from you. This is a hybrid role with one day per week based on site in the East London area.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Deliver a professional service for managers by liaising continually with Human Resources team
- Promote the development of an HR service which fosters a ‘customer service' focus in a way which demonstrates how HR can improve the client experience
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff and ensure the fair and effective operation of the organisations systems for pay and conditions
- Work with customers to ensure the development and implementation of the organisations attendance policy and procedures to minimise sickness absence
- Prepare HR reports which analyse the data and outline solutions to any identified issues or patterns
Key experience and skills will include;
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in a specialist area
- CIPD qualified
- Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
- Experience of working with a public sector organisation - essential
- Excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills; capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise workload, without supervision, working to tight and often changing deadlines
