Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm, is looking for a MI & Performance Analyst to join their Bristol team.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor daily real-time operations delivery performance
- Identify trends and insights for escalation and improvement purposes
- Review and interpret reporting inputs according to regulatory obligations and agreed service KPIs
- Provide expertise to facilitate understanding of BAU change impact on 1st Line Oversight
- Identify root causes and evaluate regulatory and process implications
- Support analysis and resolution of performance or service failures
- Assist in implementing changes and improvements, including supporting key suppliers
- Prepare performance reports for Governance Committees/Forums
Your skills and experience:
- Expert in current process delivery, SLAs, and operational efficiency
- Some knowledge of regulations such as: CGT, Corporate Events, APS, Probate, Vulnerable Clients, CASS, COB's, MiFiR, and Tax
- Skilled in process control monitoring, effectiveness review, improvement identification, and change implementation
- Proficient in issue and breach notification, reporting, and project support
- Organised, efficient, with strong prioritisation and task execution
- Experience in financial services with a strong operational background and proven process improvement abilities
