As an Area manager you will play a pivitol role in ensuring that the day to day operations of the organisation are in line with the ethos and values, as well as ensuring the regulatory compliance is kept to the highest standard.

To be considered for this role we are looking for the following:
- Confident in CQC compliance and management
- Strong team leadership skills
- NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care as a minimum
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion to support those with a Learning disability / Mental health needs
