Business Analyst / Project Manager Blackburn £350 - £400 Per Day (DOE)

This role is inside ir35 with 2 days a week required on site in Blackburn.
If you have exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience in scoping out and developing people processes, then I'd love to hear from you asap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of people processes to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process mapping and where possible standardising processes across internal entities,
- Design comprehensive solutions and specifications aligned with sector needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Experience in leading integration of office automation processes a huge bonus.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in business analysis / project management across project lifecycle stages.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and enhancing user experience.
