You'll provide full administrative support to Financial Planners and build strong client relationships, ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Financial Planners and Investment Managers to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact.
- Liaise with operational teams on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
- Assist in preparing new business pitches and presentations.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in client administration/IFA support.
- Familiarity with end-to-end processes.
- Background in financial services.
- Strong client service ethic and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
- Judgement and reasoning skills to propose solutions.
- Studying towards Level 4 qualification (preferred but not essential).
