You'll provide full administrative support to Financial Planners and build strong client relationships, ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Financial Planners and Investment Managers to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
  • Assist in preparing new business pitches and presentations.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in client administration/IFA support.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end processes.
  • Background in financial services.
  • Strong client service ethic and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Judgement and reasoning skills to propose solutions.
  • Studying towards Level 4 qualification (preferred but not essential).
