Business Development Manager
£45,000 - £55,000 + company vehicle + bonus

Our client, a growing facilities management company with contracts nationwide, are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow their technical facilities division across London and the South.
The role will be a hybrid of home based as well as their office in central London (flexible), with regular travel to site and client meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within the facilities maintenance sector
- Developing existing clients, identifying leads across new contracts and sites.
- Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client relationship management with key focus on service delivery, retention, and contract growth
- Regular client meetings and performance reviews, working closely with the contract management team to implement process improvements where possible
- Working with the team to assist with producing bids, proposals and tenders where required.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience within the commercial facilities management / commercial maintenance sector
- New business focus, with the ability to to identify new opportunities as well as developing existing clients.
- Promote the business as the 'supplier of choice' within the market sector
- Commercially minded, with an in depth understanding of contract pricing models and operating costs
- You will have a proven track record in both new business sales and client relationship management.
