Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator to support our client's growing Accounts team.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, making this role ideal for someone with experience in a similar position, who is confident working with numbers and managing general finance-related duties

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with the sales & purchase ledger
  • Entering invoice information
  • Supporting with credit control administration
  • Handling reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Managing the accounts mailbox and handling any account related phone calls and enquiries
  • Any other ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider team

What we are looking for:

  • Solid organisational skills
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
  • Confident IT user

Details:

Title: Accounts Administrator

Salary: £12 to £13ph (up to £20,280 based on 30 hours per week (FTE up to £27,040))

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: 30 hours per week, ideally 10am to 4pm but can offer flexibility

You will need to have access to a vehicle to get to the offices, they are not accessible via public transport
