As this is a field based position, a full UK licence is required. This is a Monday to Friday only position, plus additional weekend hours in peak season.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with a flexible approach in their work. A sound knowledge of agricultural equipment is desirable, although full product training will be provided.
Duties of the Field Sales Manager:
- Demonstrating and selling premium agricultural equipment to a variety of customers and businesses
- Attending sites of new and existing clients
- Maintaining regular contact with accounts in your area
- Working closely with other members of the sales team to maximise sales
- Working independently and as part of a team as needed
- Attending product training and demonstrations for new equipment
Desired experience of the Field Sales Manager:
- Experience with agricultural machinery and equipment is desirable, or farming practice knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar style role
- A full UK drivers licence
- Previous experience working individually and as part of a wider team
