Our client, a beauty company based in HemelHempstead are looking a Sales Administrator to support their growing sales team and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support in sales order processing
- Update consumer sales reporting on a weekly basis
- Complete and submit basic customer new product line forms to customers
- Access customer portals and provide information, documents, assets as requested by customers
- Update internal sheets with product information
- Provide support on completing internal documents for agreed retailer promotions and then checking retailer invoices to actual promotions to ensure the invoices are correct
- Liaise with customers as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a similar sales supporting role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and good experience with Excel)
Hours
Full time/Monday to Friday (9am-5.30pm)
Hybrid Working - Office based 3 days a week
