My client is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor based in their London office. This is an immediate start for the right person.
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM ( must be flexible)
Pay - £15ph
Full UK Drivers License
- To ensure that staff are properly trained and monitored in all aspects of the job, including the use of systems, materials and new technology.
- To carry out Risk Assessment prior to work activity commencing.
- Control chemical use in accordance with Core Products and COSHH.
- To ensure accurate financial accounting and stock control of all cleaning materials, consumables as per the agreed budgets.
- Accountability for the day to day successful delivery of the service.
- Own service reporting on SLA's, metrics and other management information where appropriate.
- Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day to day running of the contract through the use of clear reporting.
- Manage the supply and issue of uniform to all members of staff on site ensuring adequate levels of stock are held. Ensure the account process for uniform ordering is maintained and within the confines of the budget.
- Delegate staff efficiently and effectively to maximise their skills in site cleaning to agreed standards.
- Collect all tickets to be issued to individual cleaners
- Order any stock required
- To ensure problems are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Continually monitor effective and efficient opportunities to improve services in conjunction with Facilities Manager.
- Any other duties that may be required.
