Location: HQ based in Cardiff. Hybrid role (2-3 days in the office per week)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus of up to 30%

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their lending and saving products through their design, acquisition, and lifecycle. This varied role involves creating marketing materials, managing distribution channels, and overseeing their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives
  • Create marketing materials
  • Conduct product design and research
  • Create, distribute, and manage content across various channels, including social media, email, and the website
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the Lending and Savings teams, to ensure message and brand voice alignment
  • Report on key marketing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies
