An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market-leading client within the food and manufacturing sector! My client is looking for a hard-working and dedicated Commercial Administrator to join their busy, Warrington-based team. They are hiring on a full-time, permanent basis, and the role is located in Warrington.
Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the retail team. They will provide general administrative support, assist in data reporting and project launches.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Ensure that all admin related tasks are completed to the highest possible standard in line with internal and customer expectations
- Carry out and produce all additional/ad hoc reporting requirements, maintaining and updating the necessary spreadsheets and databases within the required timescales
- Responsible for internal verbal and written communication of launches, delists, promotions and any other product related issues, using correct process and systems - as appropriate
- Deal with requests from customer (e.g. merchandising samples, pricing queries, packaging and sample communication to and from the customer)
Specification:
- Previous experience in a data-driven administration position is essential
- Previous experience in the food sector would be beneficial
- An organised and analytic individual with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in using MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel
- An effective communicator, both written and verbally
