Our client is looking for a friendly, dynamic team member to join their team on a temporary contract as membership support coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service to members as a first point of call for telephone and email enquires.
- Research and address enquiries, direct to relevant team members.
- Manage voice mails and in boxes and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Record and update member administration to the CRM portal.
- Aid members and colleagues in the use of Microsoft Dynamics.

- Working from home- this position is completely remote however someone from the Southampton area would be ideal due to work social events.
