Shift: Rotating, 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts (Days and Nights)
Salary: Circa £51k

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll handle breakdowns, execute planned maintenance, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will be key to ensuring operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in fault-finding and technical diagnostics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
