Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Aluminium Window and Door Fabricator at our location on the outskirts of Colchester. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in manufacturing high-quality aluminium doors, windows, and glazing systems. This includes cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing aluminium components to create custom-designed products.
Qualifications
- Experience in aluminium window and door fabrication
- Proficiency in using machinery and tools specific to aluminium fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Experience in using measuring instruments and performing accurate measurements
- Knowledge of different types of aluminium profiles and their applications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
- Experience in fenestration industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in aluminium fabrication or carpentry
