About the Role:
GSL Education is currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Spalding. Learning Support Assistant plays a vital part in ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with various learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement effective learning strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their academic and personal development.
- Contribute to the overall success of the classroom environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting.
- Enhanced child workforce DBS check registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
