ROLE PROFILE: Responsible for the creation of impactful, effective live digital events and recorded video and audio content that supports marketing/communications campaigns and business priorities to raise profiles, generate leads and build brand equity for LSEG and its sub-brands through effective customer and internal communications. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in broadcast journalism, with hands-on experience producing live television, both OBs and studios based, as well as producing short creative features and documentary films. You must also have experience producing video content at or for a corporate organisation; and understand how to work with senior business leaders. Experience and an understanding of various social media platforms (including, but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram) would be a definite advantage, especially knowing how corporate organisations can maximise their use. You will be expected to factor into the creative process the differing requirements of social media platforms. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: • Manage the end-to-end production process of live or pre-recorded studio-based content as well as short form corporate film projects, including building and managing production teams. • Partner with clients to analyse requirements and support the development of detailed brief to advise on the most impactful video and content to meet the objective and campaign. • Utilise your expertise to conceptualise, plan, script and execute engaging video content that showcases our corporate messages as well as those of our clients. • Utilise your strong network of contacts for camera crew, editors, and other production resources. • Work with our in-house team, with freelancers and/or external production companies to deliver our clients' content flawlessly. • Transform dry corporate content into visually compelling and informative videos that captivate our audience. • Conduct thorough research, write compelling interview scripts, and guide on-screen talent to deliver impactful performances. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets business objectives. • Use metrics to support discussions around the intent and effectiveness of content. • Ensure all production deadlines are met within budget and to the highest quality standards. • Build effective relationships at all levels including senior leaders within LSEG and partner organisations. • Confidently advise senior stakeholders in presentation and delivery technique for video and audio content according to objective and individual levels of experience. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to advise on the creative review process. • Identify opportunities and requirement to incorporate graphic elements/motion animation to video productions, liaising with the wider Motion Graphics team and external vendors as needed. • Consult and collaborate with Studios team and wider content production teams to ensure that videos and podcasts are delivered to the highest standard, on time, on brand and on budget. • Continuously discover, develop, and implement new production/shooting and editing styles, techniques & technologies to maximise efficiency of our workflow and elevate the quality of our work. • Build an excellent working knowledge of the studio and broadcast infrastructure at LSEG locations. • Train and coach other team members and freelancers in film production and operations. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • Bachelor's degree in journalism, film production, communications, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in broadcast journalism, live television production, and documentary filmmaking. • Proven track record of creating high-quality video content that engages and informs viewers. • Strong network of contacts within the production industry, including camera crew and editors. • Comfortable and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects. • Excellent scriptwriting skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives for interviews and documentaries. • Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional execution with standout production and post-production skillset • Experience in guiding on-screen talent to deliver authentic and engaging performances. • Experience of podcast production would be an advantage. • Organised with strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members, colleagues and senior business leaders. • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video content. • Excellent workflow management w
