Role Overview: As eCommerce Manager, you'll take charge of two websites. Your mission: boost online sales and craft and unforgettable customer journeys.
What You'll Do:
- Website Wizardry: Keep sites fresh with engaging content updates-homepages, product pages, blogs, and more.
- Stock Savvy: Partner with merchandising to manage stock levels and provide buying insights.
- Sales Strategist: Use GA4 to merchandise the site, tracking best sellers and optimising for performance.
- Price Master: Oversee pricing strategies throughout the year and during peak times.
- Campaign Creator: Plan and launch onsite campaigns and promotions to hit revenue targets.
- Opportunity Seeker: Spot and execute opportunities to drive sales and enhance the user experience.
- Data Guru: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Development Director: Manage front-end changes and visual updates with our development partners.
- Email Expert: Drive email marketing efforts with Klaviyo.
- Shopify Superstar: You will be an expert in Shopify and all its future development.

- Shopify Savvy: Experience managing Shopify stores and collaborating with design agencies.

Job Details:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
