Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Newham, London
Contract: Full-time, Term-time Only

Your Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students with a range of needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Work closely with classroom teachers to ensure all children can engage with the curriculum.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils to enhance their learning experience.
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment that promotes both academic and emotional development.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with SEN pupils (desirable but not essential).
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
