Job Description

HRGO is actively seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join our client's team in their Bingley office, focusing on residential property conveyancing.

The Conveyancing Executive's role entails managing a comprehensive caseload of sales and purchase matters from the initiation of files to their completion. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions and will be capable of working autonomously. Additionally, the candidate should be driven, with the ability to establish and sustain a robust client base locally, and committed to providing top-tier service throughout the conveyancing journey.

Main Responsibilities

- Handling cases at every stage, from initial client consultation to file archiving, in line with office and accounting protocols.
- Providing counsel based on client instructions.
- Preparing and managing file documentation.
- Processing billing and securing payments owed to the firm from clients and other entities.
- Assuming supervisory duties as delegated.
- Continuously updating legal knowledge and skills.

Knowledge

- Familiarity with the Solicitors Code of Conduct.

Experience

- A minimum of two year's experience at a comparable level in conveyancing.

Other

- Adaptable with a proactive approach.
- Exceptional command of written English for document creation.
