Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Actively participate in management teams, contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment processes to optimize financial performance.
- Produce and review periodic financial reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct commercial modelling for new initiatives, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee revenue management and pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
- Present financial results and recommendations at management meetings to drive business performance.
- Engage in stakeholder management across various levels of the organisation.
- Provide leadership and direction to finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Support senior finance leadership with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
- Proven experience in financial management within a large organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels.
