Job Description:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key strategic advisor to the business, providing financial insights and guidance to drive decision-making and support the achievement of our business goals. You will work closely with department heads and senior management, translating financial data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to develop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to various departments.
  • Identify and analyse key financial metrics, trends, and variances to guide decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimise financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and financial performance updates to senior management.
  • Support the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to drive business improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a finance business partner, financial analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
