**Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Remote Island Support Workers. This unique role involves providing high-quality care and support to older adults and individuals with complex care needs in the picturesque settings of the Scottish Islands. Accommodation is provided to ensure a comfortable and convenient living experience while on assignment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised care and support to clients in either care home or in-home settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other health care professionals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of care plans to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.

**Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a health and social care role is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different care settings and client needs.
  • Willingness to live and work on the Scottish Islands, with accommodation provided.
