Our client are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing & friendly business. They are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious individual who would like an opportunity to build their career. You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using our CRM system to prepare reports on comparing prices for B2B customers and maintaining a healthy relationship with our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse billing data
- Prepare proposals to compare prices from a variety of suppliers
- Liaise with customers where required
- Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the market
- Develop an in-depth understanding of a variety of CRM system reports and dashboards
- Hold weekly 'update' calls with key internal stakeholders
- Prepare opportunity reports for key internal stakeholders
Skills and experience required:
- Educated to degree level (Although not essential)
- Numeric and analytical
- Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Confident Telephone Manner
- Ability to have fun!
