Internal Account Manager

Our client are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing & friendly business. They are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious individual who would like an opportunity to build their career. You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using our CRM system to prepare reports on comparing prices for B2B customers and maintaining a healthy relationship with our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse billing data
  • Prepare proposals to compare prices from a variety of suppliers
  • Liaise with customers where required
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the market
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of a variety of CRM system reports and dashboards
  • Hold weekly 'update' calls with key internal stakeholders
  • Prepare opportunity reports for key internal stakeholders

Skills and experience required:

  • Educated to degree level (Although not essential)
  • Numeric and analytical
  • Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident Telephone Manner
  • Ability to have fun!
