FP&A Analyst
Contract Type: 6-month contract (outside IR35)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team in London. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company's largest business unit, with a focus on financial modelling, reporting, and headcount analysis. The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A and will play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting the organisation's growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Update and develop existing weekly and monthly reporting tools, including the financial model and weekly Tracker.
- Lead the next phase of development of the financial model, aiming for simplification and efficiency.
- Own the monthly headcount reporting process, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects to support the company's rapid adaptation and growth.
- Build financial and metric reporting capabilities to assist in driving profitable growth.
- Manage complex analyses to enhance understanding of the business and project future results.
- Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and develop repeatable procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in working with large datasets.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prior experience on an FP&A or Commercial Finance team is strongly preferred.
