FP&A Analyst

Contract Type: 6-month contract (outside IR35)
Location: London
Salary: Competitive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team in London. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company's largest business unit, with a focus on financial modelling, reporting, and headcount analysis. The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A and will play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting the organisation's growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Update and develop existing weekly and monthly reporting tools, including the financial model and weekly Tracker.
  • Lead the next phase of development of the financial model, aiming for simplification and efficiency.
  • Own the monthly headcount reporting process, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects to support the company's rapid adaptation and growth.
  • Build financial and metric reporting capabilities to assist in driving profitable growth.
  • Manage complex analyses to enhance understanding of the business and project future results.
  • Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and develop repeatable procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in working with large datasets.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Prior experience on an FP&A or Commercial Finance team is strongly preferred.
  • Growth mindset, with a focus on contributing positively to the commercial health of the company.
  • Resilience in the face of challenging tasks and changing priorities.
