What You'll Be Doing
As the
IT & Systems Coordinator
, you'll take the lead on all things tech—supporting users across multiple locations, managing systems and hardware, and pushing forward improvements to infrastructure, processes, and security.
- Be the first point of contact for all IT and system-related queries across UK and North American teams
- Lead or support a wide range of IT projects—from infrastructure upgrades to system enhancements
- Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary
- Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices
- Monitor and support core systems like firewalls, antivirus, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Track, maintain, and optimise IT assets throughout their lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, and security
- Provide onboarding and training for new team members using key systems
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and knowledge base content
- Collaborate with suppliers and external IT providers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support multiple departments with process improvements and smarter system use
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in IT support, systems coordination, or a similar technical role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and core desktop applications
- Confident handling of network infrastructure—routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Understanding of cybersecurity tools and practices, including antivirus and endpoint protection
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (experience is a big plus!)
- Great communicator who can explain tech in simple terms and deliver excellent service
- Detail-focused, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Analytical mindset—you don't just react to problems, you anticipate and prevent them
- Full UK driving licence (travel to UK sites will be required)
