Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: NG13, Bingham
Type: 10-month Contract, Full-time, Maternity Cover, with remote work flexibility (1-2 days/week after training)
Salary: £24,000-£26,000
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing accounts tasks, with flexible working hours after initial training.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts inbox, distributing and storing emails.
- Process customer returns and credits.
- Handle purchase ledger invoices and disputes.
- Check supplier statements monthly.
- Take credit card payments.
- Perform general accounts admin and answer calls.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative or data entry roles, preferably in accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, especially during month-end.
