Your new company
You will be working for an education provider that prides itself on the education and support it provides the students, standing them in good stead for a very bright future. The school has a very busy reception desk and is now looking for an extra permanent member of the team to work term time only between hours of 8:15 - 16:15, Monday to Friday.
Your new role
Your new role will be very busy and no two days will be the same. You will deal with students, parents and staff alike. The school has 1000 students and 300 staff members so you will deal with a variety of queries which will need to be dealt with in a timely manner and professionally. You will greet visitors, sign in contractors, looking after emails, switchboard and control access to the building. You will book taxis on occasion as well as making sure the reception area is presentable.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in a very busy receptionist role previously, you will be very organised and a welcoming face for the school. You will also need to be prepared to undergo education checks ahead of starting the role.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a take home salary (allowing for the fact this role is term-time only) of £21,205 - £23,069 alongside a generous benefits package. There is parking on site. The hours are 8:15 - 16:15, Monday to Friday.
