Posted by Lovell .

Permanent - Full Time - 39 Hours

Hours would be Monday - Thursday 07.30 - 16.00 and Friday 07.30 - 15.00

Due to the growth and expansion of the East Anglia region, we have an opportunity for a Cleaner to join our prestigious site in Holt, Norfolk.

As our site Cleaner, you will clean the marketing suite and show homes, plus complete sparkle cleans to all stock plots and properties prior to us handing over to the customer. You will ensure enhanced cleaning procedures are in place across the site, particularly in communal areas and at touch points and at peak times. This includes taps and washing facilities, toilets, door handles, push plates and buttons, handrails, telephone equipment and other office equipment. You will notify site management of any defects or damage noted during the cleaning process and when encountering customers, always represent Lovell in an efficient, professional, and pleasant manner.

Candidates will have proven experience within a similar role, with the ability to follow instructions, working as part of a team as well as independently and under your own initiative. Punctual, confident and organised, you will have excellent attention to detail and will ideally hold a CSCS card.
