Our client who are a highly successful, fast growing manufacturing and engineering company on the outskirts of Cheltenham, are currently recruiting for a Business Development Managerto join their close-knit team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of the business and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing customer relationships to achieve sales targets - comprehensive training will be provided.
*Due to location your own transport is essential, the role will mainly be office based, but occasional UK travel is required*
Candidate Attributes;
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry
- Positive "can do" attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Able to present and demonstrate products with ease
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages
Hours- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary-£28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus + free onsite parking + employee discounts
