The Job You'll Do;

  • A deep knowledge of the company product portfolio.
  • The ability to support technical system integration and to offer new solutions to customers based on specific use cases.
  • Carrying out detailed product testing to ensure that any new product release is robust, reliable, and clearly meet the needs of the customer.
  • Provide expert support to the business development team with tender submissions.
  • Contribute to stakeholder meetings regarding technical product capabilities.
  • Perform product demonstrations & training sessions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse customer needs and identify new product opportunities.
  • Gather use cases and requirements from UK customers.
  • Manage and coordinate new product launches in the UK market.
  • Ensure training materials are available that meet the needs of the UK market.
  • Manage field trials in the UK.
  • Provide technical support during initial product release with new customers, technical support, and service.
  • Benchmark products and carry out competitor analysis in the UK.
  • Support the marketing team at exhibitions in terms of product availability and setup.
  • Develop product specific marketing collateral to clearly communicate the benefits of the product.
  • Prepare and validate product catalogues and technical data sheets.
  • Ensure that all packaging and compliance documentation is aligned to the UK market requirements.
