Our international client in Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team on a 3-month contract. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site and an immediate start
The Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and organisational development
- Lead and deliver key HR projects and initiatives, such as:
- Reviewing and improving HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Implementing new HR tools and technologies to streamline operations
- Developing and rolling out updated HR policies and procedures
- Designing and facilitating training programmes for managers and employees
- Advise on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
- Contribute to the strategic HR agenda, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management
- Support ad-hoc recruitment needs, such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
The Requirements:
- Extensive experience as an HR Consultant or HR Business Partner, ideally within an international organisation
- Proven track record of leading successful HR projects and change initiatives
- Expertise in employee relations, including complex case management and mediation
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence at all levels
- Experience in a fast-paced, global environment preferred
