About the Client:
Our client provides outstanding accommodation for both corporate clients and holidaying guests, with a portfolio encompassing hundreds of apartments across London and further southwest. They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Property Technician to join their expanding team, focusing on the upkeep of apartments and communal areas.
Type: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: £26,000 plus bonuses (OTE)
Location: London, extending to Berkshire and Hampshire
Responsibilities as the Maintenance Property Technician:
The role involves both reactive and planned preventative maintenance, working closely with all departments to ensure minimal disruption to guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining properties to a consistently high standard.
- Addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Prioritising workload effectively to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven general maintenance experience in a domestic setting in a Maintenance Property Technician or Handyman position.
- Excellent direct customer service skills.
- Proficiency in a range of maintenance tasks, including appliance repairs, changing lightbulbs, re-pressuring boilers, and fault finding.
- Participation in an emergency on-call rota, with additional weekend shifts.
- Fluency in additional languages is beneficial.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
