An excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator has arisen for a company based in Wrotham. You will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager/Financial Controller and wider business with the accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day functions of the office
- Maintaining and organising documentation
- Assisting with the accounting operations such as raising PO's and invoices
- Ensuring all compliance is kept up to date
- General administration tasks as required by the team
Skills
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in MS packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
Due to the rural location you will need to have your own transport.
