An excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator has arisen for a company based in Wrotham. You will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager/Financial Controller and wider business with the accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day functions of the office
  • Maintaining and organising documentation
  • Assisting with the accounting operations such as raising PO's and invoices
  • Ensuring all compliance is kept up to date
  • General administration tasks as required by the team

Skills

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills

Due to the rural location you will need to have your own transport.
