RattrayParkin is currently partnering with a fast-growing FMCG business in North Leicestershire to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic company, working closely as the number two to the Finance Director and leading a finance team of 5.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business.
- Drive financial planning and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with accounting standards.
- Mentor and develop the finance team of 5, ensuring high performance and development.
- Provide strategic support to the Finance Director in driving business growth.
**What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager role or a Management Accountant role with people management experience
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with senior management.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified
