We have a fantastic Administration position within this fast-growing, specialist environmental services company. They are leaders in their field, modern, dynamic, and passionate about what they do!
About the Role:
As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting their Service engineers, managing service contracts, and helping deliver top-notch client service. Day to day will involve:
- Liaising with site Engineers to gather survey notes, test data, and photos
- Creating detailed client reports using MS Word & Excel, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Updating the CRM system with client information
- Issuing invoices to clients for completed jobs
- Handling client queries
Full training is provided, including the chance to visit sites and see how their Engineers work in the field.
The ideal Administrator:
- An experienced administrator or a recent graduate
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and great with people
- Ready to learn and grow within a dynamic company
