We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a law firm's ServiceNow implementation project. This is a contract role offering a competitive day rate, with occasional on-site visits required in West Yorkshire.
Key Requirements:
- ServiceNow Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience. This is essential and unfortunately we will not be able to consider candidates without this.
- Agile Environment: Demonstrable experience working in agile settings, capturing requirements as epics and user stories, and delivering via sprints and scrum meetings.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with senior business stakeholders in an enterprise environment.
- Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with Programme and Project Managers, fellow BAs, Developers, QA, Architecture, InfoSec, Service Owners, and 3rd parties.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to guide and steer both analysis and project approaches.
- Business Analysis Techniques: Skilled in using various BA techniques and information modelling tools.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation abilities for various contexts and audiences, both face-to-face and online.
- Cross-Functional Work: Ability to work cross-functionally, understanding the needs and constraints of other disciplines and functions.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial acumen.
- Legal Experience: Experience in the legal sector is advantageous but not essential.
